Here’s your weekly curiosity experiment:

Alexandra Franzen’s list of 50 ways to be ridiculously, shockingly generous is seriously inspiring. This tip caught my eye: “Start your day by sending out one email specifically designed to help somebody else — without directly benefiting you at all — before you do anything else. Make introductions, send some encouragement, offer a helpful resource or link.” (Apparently, fashion designer Diane von Furstenburg makes this a daily habit.)

Who would benefit from such an email from you?
How could you turn this into a regular (perhaps daily) practice?
What do you notice when you inject an act of generosity into your routine?
